All of our IT technical staff finished school; then went on to study varying disciplines in technical fields. A few of them even spent time designing and implementing technical infrastructure for the Australian Defence Force.
The team varies from what we call a Level 1 to a Level 3 technician, to progress through the ranks is not dependant on tenure but relies on training and the top team members have the best training available in a span of technologies.
