That’s a great question! The level of management is really up to you but we prefer to look after every aspect of your environment. We have the capacity to support your hardware (servers, desktops, devices etc…) your software (volume licencing, security packages, operating systems etc…) and your people (receptionists, sales, senior management, remote workers etc…).
All of these services can be rolled into one monthly service fee, which is about as easy as it gets. We try to make IT as manageable as possible for both us and our clients.
